evolve! – People and Process Management started operations in 2002 as an organizational development consulting firm specialized in change management. It was founded by Rocío Consuegra Gamón, starting as a group of freelance consultants. In 2005 the company was consolidated. Formed by a multidisciplinary experienced team from different fields: engineering, management, human resources, communication, psychology, and information technology. We also work with business partners, mainly in projects related to information technology to give our clients a more complete solution with experienced resources from different industries. In 2006 we integrated the coaching practice, and our leadership development programs.
evolve! is our slogan, we think it is especially important for companies to adapt to change in the marketplace to survive and be competitive. The pace of organizational change is quicker than ever. There is more pressure and less time. Change comes from all directions, IT, mergers, takeovers, and new services. Organizations must prepare their people and adapt their processes, this is one of our objectives as a company, to support our clients to do this.
