The Leadership Challenge ®
The Leadership Challenge® is a leadership framework created by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner, who are experts in the field. They are co-authors of The Leadership Challenge book where they document the findings of their research. They wanted to identify what do effective leaders do to achieve extraordinary results and after more than 30 years of research, millions of surveys and hundreds of case studies they defined The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® Model, a set of behaviors that leaders do when they are at their personal best.

Leadership Practices Inventory®
A year later, after they wrote their book, Jim and Barry launched the first edition of the LPI®: Leadership Practices Inventory® assessment. It is a tool that measures the frequency in which leaders show the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®. It is a set of thirty observable behaviors that reflect your leadership skills.
It can be applied as a self-assessment to increase self-awareness or as a 360-degree assessment that includes the feedback of managers, coworkers, direct reports and others that interact with the leaders and customizable open-ended questions. It helps identify the leadership behaviors they are performing effectively and which ones they need to improve. It has the possibility to re-assess after a certain time to compare results and see the leader’s growth. You can also generate group reports to assess a team’s leadership.
The LPI® can be taken as a stand-alone product with a 4 hour coaching session or as part of The Leadership Challenge® Workshop or included in a coaching or training program.
The Leadership Challenge® 2-day Workshop
The Leadership Challenge® Workshop is an interactive learning experience designed to understand The Five Leadership Practices® to be able to apply them in the real world. It provides the participant with tools and techniques to become a more effective leader, to inspire, motivate and achieve extraordinary results.
The participant will take the LPI® assessment and will analyze his/her during the workshop and will define an action plan to work on.
We offer public and private workshops, in English or Spanish.
The Leadership Challenge® Online Workshop
The Leadership Challenge® Online Workshop is the same workshop described above, delivered online. We offer three options:
- 3 sessions, 4 hours each.
- 6 sessions, 2 hours each.
- 8 sessions, 90 minutes each.
We can also adapt the number of sessions to fit your needs but making sure we cover all the material in the workshop. The online tools we use will facilitate the interaction among the participants to maintain the interactive aspect of the workshop.
Leadership is Everyone’s Business® (LIEB)
Leadership is Everyone’s Business® Workshop is designed for new leaders, for high-potential emerging leaders, aspiring leaders or recently promoted leaders. It includes the LPI® self-assessment.
The participants will be able to:
- Understand the meaning and value of individual leadership.
- Identify their existing leadership strengths and areas to improve.
- Understand and describe The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®.
- Create action plans for taking the next steps in their development as leaders.
- Name the essential qualities they look for and admire in leaders.
- Employ methods for improving their capacity to engage in The Five Practices.
We offer three options:
- 8-hour workshop.
- 2 4-hour sessions (in person or online).
- 4 2-hour sessions (in person or online).
Leaders in Evolution Academy
Leaders in Evolution Academy is evolve!’s signature leadership development program. “Evolution” means any process of formation or growth; development – which is the main objective of our company. Contributing to the growth of individuals and organizations.
The program has been designed as a combination of training and coaching. Its objective is to strengthen the leadership competency in a organization. The content is selected based on the target audience, which can be potential leaders, new leaders, supervisors, managers or executives, covering the different levels of the organization.
The program provides participants with:
- Tools to improve self-awareness, identifying strengths and opportunities based on their personality type and leadership behaviors.
- Guides to help them understand the different personality types to improve their communication skills and build better relationships.

Each participant will define a personal development plan with specific measurable objectives that he/she can accomplish during the program which last 9 to 12 months. The duration and content will be agreed with the client based on the audience and their needs.
