We also have 360-degree assessments that include feedback from colleagues that provide insights to the individual.

We will guide you in identifying the tool or tools that cover your specific needs and objectives. We will interpret the results and discus them with you during a coaching session to ensure you understand the information provided in the reports and get the maximum benefit.
