Rocío Consuegra is the Founder and Executive Director of evolve! People and Process Management and a Change Management Consultant and Executive Coach. She has more than thirty-three years of experience in information technology, retail, automotive, manufacturing and service industries. She has assumed managerial roles as well as consulting and training roles. She helps people, teams and organizations improve their skills, relations, processes and results. Experience
Rocío is the founder and General Manager of People and Process Management, S.A. de C.V. Since July 2002 she has acted as a consultant of organizational development and business process reengineering. In the beginning of 2006, she started her coaching practice (personal and executive).
She has led the change management efforts in 19 ERP implementations, and mergers of two companies. She has directly worked with companies of the Fortune 500 as well as small companies and startups.
Rocío has developed Leadership Development Programs for several companies which are tailored to the client’s needs regarding leadership and managerial competencies. Coached executives and entrepreneurs.
She is a Certified Change Practitioner by Prosci; member of the International Coach Federation and founder member of the Association of Change Management Professionals where she led the Affiliate Component Relations Committee and was part of the Standards Development Group and Volunteer Engagement Committee. She is a certified facilitator of The Leadership Challenge ® .
From June 1999 to July 2002 she worked as a consultant in Kimat – a company of Grupo Scanda – focusing on information technology auditing and consulting. She participated in the implementation and operation of a nationwide help desk at Citibank; and in a project for inventory management at SHCP, among other projects.
Before that she worked at Wal*Mart de México from 1996 to 1999 as a Strategic Planning Manager in the Real Estate department; as a Human Resources Planning Manager and as an Assistant to the Country Manager. The most important projects under her responsibility were: a five-year strategic plan for the retail stores; process reengineering for the Real Estate department to implement JD Edwards; customized the international policies and procedures to be used locally; ROI analysis for potential store locations; definition of an organizational development plan; PeopleSoft implementation; and systems contingency plans for year 2000.
From 1989 to 1993 she worked at Hewlett-Packard Mexico as a Project Manager, managing products for manufacturing companies.
From 1986 to 1989 she worked at: IDS Comercial, ENIAC and Lomas Altas School.
